Individuals have the innate capacity to build resilience and cope with adversity. However, access to compassionate and authentic support is needed for individuals to find their true voice. I am highly passionate about mental health, building strong relationships, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
One of my passions lies with the work I have done with children and their families addressing differing mental health concerns in the public school setting. Many of these children struggled with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, family and peer conflict, anger management, and much more. As I develop individualized treatment, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, trauma-informed, and play therapy.
As a Tampa native, I look forward to giving back to a community that has done so much for me. Outside of providing therapy, I love bike riding, running, going to the beach, and playing with my dogs!
Warm regards,
Brianna
