Prepare/Enrich Marriage Program
Relationships thrive when they receive proper attention and partners are equipped with basic core skills to support the changing demands of the relationship. The Prepare/Enrich Program has been designed to guide couples through valuable conversations and development of necessary core skills that are the hallmark of healthy relationships. Research shows that when couples are strong in these core areas they tend to report greater relationship satisfaction. While no one program can guarantee the success or outcome of a relationship, developing competency with relationship skills through the Prepare/Enrich Program can help partners to navigate stressors that lead to overall dissatisfaction and tension in relationships.
Join the 4 million couples worldwide that have completed the program. This program can be beneficial for harmonious couples that exhibit a lot of strengths to conflicted couples that may be struggling with greater growth needs. Prepare/Enrich is an approach used both for pre-marital couples and during marriage therapy.
Jasmine Haynes, RMHCI, will work with your particular relationship needs.
About Prepare/Enrich
About the Prepare/Enrich:
Prepare/Enrich is backed by 35 years of research based on millions of couples worldwide who have participated in and completed the program. Partners complete an intensive online assessment that identifies strengths and areas for growth. Jasmine Haynes, RMHCI, is a Certified Facilitator of the program.
How is Prepare/Enrich Used?
Jasmine will receive a comprehensive report with customized recommendations of specific core building exercises that apply to your specific relationship dynamics. This report, along with in-session visits, allow her to quickly get to know your relationship in a shorter amount of time than traditional sessions. The report becomes the blueprint to encourage stimulating conversations around couple strengths, while also learning to acknowledge and negotiate differences.
What will I learn?
A key factor to a healthy relationship is a partner’s ability to step outside of themselves to consider and understand a different perspective or opinion. Prepare/Enrich aides couples in identifying where you’re aligned and where you may not see things eye to eye. You’ll be safely coached in sessions to reinforce your strong suits, and identify how to use those innate strengths to create growth opportunities in weaker areas.
PREPARE/ENRICH will assess for similarities and differences in the following areas, identifying strengths and growth areas:
Communication
Personal Stress
Conflict Resolution
Financial Management
Leisure Activities
Sex and Affection
Relationship Roles
Spiritual Beliefs
Marriage Expectations
Children and Parenting
Couple and Family Maps
Personality
Relationship Goals
